This is a real piece of history! It's a 1950s American Red Cross Volunteer Uniform with matching hat. It's a classic shirt dress uniform with short sleeves, pearlized buttons down the front two patch hip pockets and a chest pocket, and a fabric button closure belt. The hat and dress have hand stitched red cross patches on them and the fabric is blue and white striped heavy cotton. The hat is in excellent condition, the dress has discoloration on the sleeves with a tiny spot near the front hem, pocket, and belt. Labeled "Hoover New York". The Bust measures 34 inches, 26 inch Waist, 39 inch Hips, 39 inches long, shoulder to shoulder seam 14 inches. Shown on a mannequin measuring B36" W25" H36". This is an authentic vintage piece in wearable condition, that was cleaned and repaired (if necessary).
